Call RV Inspection Connection. They employ only NRVIA certified inspectors who are required to sign and honor no-conflict agreements whereby ensuring their customers of no collusion between the Inspectors and the selling party, i.e. dealers or private parties.
Their inspections are very thorough, require the coach being inspected to be connected to shore power, city water and sewer dump (so that they can inspect all those systems and related functions/equipment, etc) as well as offering optional fluid sampling/lab analysis which can be particularly helpful in accessing overall condition, i.e. eng/gen/trans. lube oils, coolants, and even fuel if desired.
RV Inspection Connection typically employs inspectors nationwide who are RV enthusiast themselves (many are full-timers) and possess vast and in-depth experience.
An inspection can take anywhere from 1-3 days (longer if fluids lab analysis is being performed) and the results are well documented (with component condition assessments in writing along with photographs) and may be anywhere from 40-100 pages in depth all depending upon the type of RV inspected.
Money well spent IMO.
