Rv mattress
Looking to upgrade our rv mattress...
2019 Entegra Vision
Opinions welcome.
59" x 74" (existing dimensions)
I believe that is called short queen. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Not interested in a topper, like to not raise bed any higher.

I bought one of these and am very happy;
https://www.amazon.ca/Zinus-Gel-Infu...162XBBKNC&th=1
It's available in a short queen. With 28,000 reviews you'll get all the first-hand information you need. Quite a remarkable mattress. And it's available in different heights....

Custom mattress sizes aren't hard to come by these days - most cities, even a small one, have a distributor or small mattress factory. Mattress Insider is a big name in customs, but if you Google "custom mattress size near me" you will probably find more sources.

Are you able to go see these mattresses somewhere that you see on Amazon, before you buy?
I would be scared to death to order a mattress that I have never sat on let along lie on. Buying another one, or one that I have seen I could handle. I don't even bother with the marketing that says money back guarantee if you wish to return. Unless you are overpaying to begin with, no one is going to pay to ship you a mattress that if you decide you don't like; pay to have it returned back to then and it is now used

We have had pretty good luck ordering memory foam mattresses online, taking into account the ratings. We've ordered several over the years, from bed in a box before they got too expensive, Walmart, and Amazon. Just look closely for negative reviews and look for something with 100's or more positive reviews.
Memory foam mattresses are available in a variety of sizes from online retailers. If you are extremely particular, you might want to consider buying from a local retailer where you can try them out, but my experience has been that I could by MANY online for the the price of one from a local retailer and I've been very happy with our experiences with probably 5 or 6 over the last 10 years between RVs and houses.

We have a Sleep number Short Queen. 60" X 79 1/2" I'm 6 ft tall and feet don't hang over. Love it. Wife loves it. Individual firmness settings are a real plus. She likes it hard, I prefer soft. First one lasted 14 years. Still under warranty, got a prorated price in 2 new air chambers and mattress shell.
Very satisfied. John
