If you ever find yourself traveling in the Southwest Florida area (e.g., Naples/Marco Island, Ft. Myers) and in need of remote repairs to your Coach - we Highly recommend the services of RV Mobile Medic.

Jeff Kirkwood {Owner - (941) 538-8256} was able to immediately research, resolve and repair an issue with our large Zip Dee awning drooping at the entry door - where another center in CA had been unable to make any difference after three separate attempts & parts. Additionally, Jeff installed extended air & drain lines and a gauge to remotely read PSI & drain our Auxiliary compressor tank - without our needing to disassemble the Entertainment center, to then remove the back walls for accessing the tank/gauge. He also greatly improved on our waste PVC plumbing design and gate while installing a 90 degree elbow & bayonet fitting for direct use of the Rhino hose - without requiring us to air up the Coach (previous plumbing/coupling were 180 degree straight down and rested almost directly on the paver pad when parked).

Further, Jeff identified and fixed an air leak issue from the undercarriage, and the repair has since helped us keep the front end (both sides) aired up while parked!

We’ve known Jeff for three years, but this was our first time using his exceptional technical skills. While we have greatly enjoyed Jeff’s sense of humor and friendship - it is his willingness to help anyone at any time that is most inspiring. We are currently on our lot at Pelican Lake; and, for the most part, the park is empty. Yet, Jeff is working on several Coaches whose owners are gone; he’s fielding phone calls/texts/E-mails and talking others through scenarios to help resolve their generator, air conditioning or issues with buses not starting…in his calm, good-natured way - no matter the time of day.

All I can say is that in one day, Jeff accomplished (start through finish) more than most any other Service center has done in a week or longer!
Short of parts availability (which everywhere has been experiencing), Jeff’s repairs are thorough, fast and lasting. Not sure what more anyone could ask for when requiring remote repairs?
