RV Rain Gutter Spouts

Ordered a set for 03 35' Winnebago Adventurer from company call RecPro. I cannot see anyway to install them in my unit. Anybody use these? Any suggestions? I called RecPro - they had no idea. They just sell them!!

Pry up under the old ones and slip the longer ones underneath. Pop-Rivet them in place or drive in a screw to secure them. Dab with caulk if you wish.

You can also remove the originals and then slip these in place. The originals may have screws/rivets holding them in place and those fasteners may not be visible, so be prepared to whittle the old ones into pieces and sculpt the new ones to fit....

If your Winnebago is like our '06 Itasca was, it doesn't have any spouts. On our, I had to back out a screw and pry the gutter out far enough to fit the flat part of the gutter behind. I then put a screw through the gutter and spout and covered all of the seams and screws with sealant.

If you provide a picture of the ends of your gutters we can provide advice.

I had the same problem with mine.
There aren't any screws in the gutter to back out so that you can slip this behind it.
*I* didn't see a way to get behind it without the risk of doing to the RV.

ezdavie-

I used 3M VHB (Very High Bond) trim tape on the backside of the flat area. Next, I lifted the molding, slipped the spout under until it was positioned correctly and then pressed it into place. I screwed a single stainless-steel screw (with caulking) through the flat part, and followed it all up by caulking around the edges and under the molding where it separated from the body to go over the spout.

The coach came to us with remnants of spouts, so it was not difficult to put the new ones where the old ones were.

Thx to Hurricane Matthew (2016) had a complete new roof installed - $11,000.00. Didn't really want to "Jack" or Rube Goldberg it.
