RV roof coatings
Ok, here is my dilemma; I have a fully restored 2000 Newmar Dutch Star. The roof is TPO/Brite-Tek. I have completely resealed all roof seams and protrusions with 4” Eternabond tape and tape exposed sides are caulked with SolarSeal #900 which is a Terppolymer elastomer/adhesive sealant.
Upon cleaning the TPO today and removing a light case of mildew spots over half of the roof I discovered specks about the size of salt grains. upon closer examination these weren’t spots on the surface but actually micro nicks into the surface of the TPO. The roof is nice and white when cleaned except for these “micro nicks” and they bother me as I don’t want any leaks.
So, is there some light DIY coating that can be applied to seal these areas? I’ve spent the last couple hours going thru forum searches but nothing fits my problem. Those that have done roof coatings, give me your experiences. If I do recoat I’ll do the entire roof. Thanks in advance

After seeing several RV's that spend all year in AZ outside , done with Henry's roof coating that's what I used when my OEM roof material showed signs of grey . I did 3 coats with 2 1/2 gals , 3 years ago still looks great.

Im glad you mentioned that because I was looking at that option. A friend put it on his metal roof of his carport and the temperature difference was astounding.

Skip, which Henry’s did you use? There appears to be Henry’s tropicool 887 and one that’s marked just Tropiccool white; both are silicone based

Well after doing a little more checking it appears the tropicool 887 is the one to use, highly reflective, water proof in 15” and lifetime warranty
