Does anyone know of a service that helps find available RV spots in selected areas? (similar to what airbnb does). We are planning on being in the Jackson Hole / Yellowstone area for two weeks in early September. As of this time, RV accommodations appear slim. Suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

That's a wonderful idea, but no, not to my knowledge. It would have to be a central booking site somewhat like Reserve America. This means RV parks would have to pay to participate.
A busy as RV parks are this year, I doubt Jackson Hole RV parks have any un-booked sites by noon.

Campground Reviews will find campgrounds an area, but it won't provide availability at them, unless the CG owner has paid for the extra advertising which gets them a "Book Now" button on their listing page. I believe the OP is wanting an all inclusive website that has listings AND shows availability. I don't think such a site exists.

There ya go....a billion dollar business opportunity. Build it & they (RV-rs) will come.
