I'll probably go the Magna Shade route even though my wife likes the appearance of the Sunshades.
Two things.....first, I'm guessing that the majority of those staying at the resort, stay for many months at a time. Consequently, getting up on a ladder and installing the shade, ONCE, for the three months they're there is not a big deal. If you intend to travel quite a bit, you'll regret your choice if you buy a shade with snaps.

We bought a new 2005 Monaco Diplomat with the MCD shades (snaps). They looked very nice when up, as they covered the entire window frame. I used a ladder to put them up, but was able to slide my awning rod under the upper snaps and pop it loose when departing.

Second thing....if you plan on installing the shades often, you'll eventually install them less and less if it's a chore, that requires pulling the ladder out.

We have a MagnaShade. The only concern was that the windshield magnets would bug me. They don't.

I agree with that the magnets are far less noticeable than inspection stickers, oil change stickers, etc. on the windshield

Magne Shade for sure. I'm not going up on a ladder to attach a snap on cover. When I can have the Magne Shade up in about one minute. Plus I'm not drilling any unnecessary holes in my MH.

Have used both over the last twenty years, most recent was Magna Shade. Now I wish I had opted for the MS first time around. Ease of installation and great looking product. Go with the MS, you won't regret it.

For the price of a Magna Shade for the front windshield I was able to get Shade Pro for every window in the motorhome plus tire, mirror and wiper covers. Popping out my foldable ladder adds about 2 minutes to the installation and deinstallation process.

I have Sunshade wiper and mirror covers, but won’t buy their windshield cover. I don’t like putting holes in the fiberglass for the snaps (just me I guess) nor having to drag out a ladder to put it up.

RV Sunshade vs. Magna Shade

If you can pull the money out then the MS is great. Go for it
My coach already had snaps already installed from the prior owner so that wasn’t an issue and I have a roll down inside shade ( already installed when I bought) that I use for short stays. We went with the full set of sunshades ( snap) , for summer use when staying longer than a week or so. Yes they were much cheaper and once up work / look the same. I have an easy pop out ladder I use to clean clean the windows anyway so no extra effort. As a ex truck driver I’m a stickler for spot free clean front window [emoji4]
The magnetic shades are great and I’m actually more surprised some company hasn’t made them much cheaper than the very high premium magna shade charges There is nothing magic about them other than the earth magnets and sewn pockets

Love our magne-Shades easy simple install. Quick put up and take down. NO holes. No ladders.
