Good luck..
Using straw bales for skirting has been illegal in the state of Washington for over 30 years due to the fire hazard..

Johnny 55 if you decide you want to try to use plywood for skirting you can come out to our farm shop to cut the sheets to size, if that will help. You can even use Styrofoam boards, can't imagine it costing any where close to 2,000. If I can be of help just let me know.

No, I am not kidding. The park managers said they had been there 20 years and had never seen it that cold. They lost water to the wash room when an overhead line froze. We later stopped for a night in New Mexico and they had no water because their water lines had numerous breaks. Incidentally, I lived in Richland for 15 years and wouldn't go to a lot of expense to insulate the coach. If it's a mild winter, it wouldn't be necessary. If I saw extreme cold in a 10 day forecast, I would take some precautions.

Spent last winter in the Rockies. Used the silver foam insulation around the bottom. Taped it on with silver metal ducting tape which didn't hurt the paint. Folded it under at the bottom and piled gravel on it (I was parked on gravel). There is a Facebook group just for people wintering in their RV's.
