Safari Brakes

Hi

Has anyone had to replace the break pads on a 95 safari? Mine is a Sahara but if around the same year maybe the Information will cross over. I am having trouble finding the actual break pads. Any help would be appreciated.

Whose chassis is underneath the coach? The chassis manufacturer is your key search term.

A '95 Safari would be on Safari's own Magnum chassis, but the brakes are probably part of the axle assembly. I don't know whose front & rear axles Safari used.

Should be a tag on each axle with it's model and serial number.

But most Saharas of that vintage had leaf spring suspensions and hydraulic disk brakes all around.

But, you do need to verify exactly what brakes you have, as Safari also used other chassis just before that time and yours may be on some other chassis.
