Scratched front protective film on front of my motorhome...replace or just remove???

I accidentally scratched the front protective cover on the front of my motorhome while trying to remove bugs...used a non abbrasive cloth but I guess its not meant for this but for dishes...definately need to replace that film but am wondering if I should just remove it and perhaps get a bra instead...what are your thoughts???

It is a LOT of work to get diamond shield off. I would remove and leave off. Our rig was 2008 and it was starting to yellow and also getting mold under it. Mold in Houston is a problem that if not addressed really takes over and will make removal almost impossible. Good luck what ever you do but my vote is remove while you can.

Enjoy the journey

You DO NOT want a bra, they are a pia to put on and you must remove them so that water that gets behind can dry out, and can cause paint to blister.

I bought a used coach last spring that was freshly repainted on the front, not a scratch or chip on it. I considered putting on 3M film but did not. Now 12,000 miles later there are probably 100+ stone chips, and I wish I did put one on the new paint, now it is kind of too late.
