Just looking for some a rough estimates/advice here. I see that the NADA website shows values (b4 options) of List Price $462K, Low retail $300K and Avg. Retail $362K. Rig has just under 6K miles and looks brand new and garaged in climate control on my property.

I am considering (a) taking it to 3 dealers and getting a buyout price (b) selling it consignment same 3 dealers or (c) listing on RVTrader.

Considering the above, I would like opinions on what you think the selling price would be under each scenario b4 considering selling costs.

I live in the Dallas area and have access to NIRVC, MHSRV and Camping World.

I will not be purchasing a replacement unit so there will be no trade in to consider. We are needing to take care of my elderly mother and really don't see us being able to use an RV in the near future.

2 years ago, my neighbor bought a brand new Tiffin RED 2018. First RV they ever owned. Turned out, they didn't like the lifestyle, maintenance, etc. after owning it for about 1 1/2 years, Owner called his selling dealer just to see what available options they had. Dealer offered to buy it back for the original selling price and he accepted. Apparently the dealer had someone waiting for a similar coach.

Sell it your self. Its a sellers market. I would not pay a dealer to do what I could do. Look at the RVtrader and get a good idea of what they are asking and price accordingly. I would ask dealers price and go from there. It is a NEW coach still

I sold my Aspire thru NIRVC in Lewisville and couldn’t believe what a great job they did of staging it for sale. You MAY be able to negotiate the cost to you for their services. I would try to deal with Brett or Angie to set the terms, but they will most likely sell it quickly and they will KNOW what it should bring, since they are one if EC premier dealers. They don’t carry NEW Entegras there, so yours won’t be competing with new on the lot.
If you try to sell it yourself, be prepared to have a lot of tire kickers wanting a test drive. Either way, I wish you good luck and a quick sale.
