If you paid approx $200k about 2 years ago, I don't think a 12 1/2% depreciation hit is realistic. 20% to 25% sounds more in the ballpark to me. The first couple of years are killers. So that means an asking price of $150k to $160k. Of course, if yours includes expensive options and you paid more than $200k, then you would make commensurate adjustments.
Just another guy with another opinion.

Unfortunately it will be very hard to get more than low NADA if for no other reason than it is hard to finance more than that. Which means you are looking at about 143,000 tops. Upgrades or exceptional condition make it easier to sell but has little to do with the price paid. JMO

I also think you may be high on price, great looking coach but as others have said when bought new you take a 20 to 30% hit as soon as you drive off sales lot, your 360 HP may also slow sale for buyers wanting to tow. I'm not sure you can add in what you paid for sales tax, loan interest etc. when considering your cost, new buyer will also be paying these fees. IMHO

There are things you can do to get it sold for a reasonable amount. First is to find the wholesale value for your location. Then, if you can, wait until February or March to avoid the low end of season prices. Very few folks buy RVs after October.

Also, make sure the coach is looking really sharp, has no obvious issues, and have all the maintenance records available.

If you need to sell it fast, consider an RV dealer consignment. They get a lot of buyers any your coach might be the very one they want.

By far the easiest way to sell a coach is to trade it in for a newer model, particularly at their year-end clearance sales.
