Service in NJ

I am looking for a good rv service center in New Jersey that can handle non-chassis repairs. I know of several in the area but have no experience with any of them. There are two, Bormanns RV in Glassboro, NJ and Garrik in Oak Ridge, NJ. I think I got them right. Anyone have good or bad experiences with these two or any others? Have an appointment with Winnebago in Forest City, but with fuel prices being what they are, am rethinking my trip. I need work on slide out and gen. Appreciate any feedback.

Across the river is Fretz Enterprises. I purchased and used them for repair when I had my Jayco trailer. I would return to them if need be.

I did purchase my Winnebago at Media in Fairless Hills, PA. They are nice people but I had such issues getting some items taken care of.

Best of luck and report your findings.

Thanks, Gene for reply. I, too, am familiar with Media (both locations). I just wish to find a different facility. I will keep your suggestion in mind, and when I find someone, I will let others in the area know, good or bad.

I've had good experieces with Bornman's. The place isn't ,uch to look at, but the staff is pretty savy. I've ony had minor things done on my rig, but a buddy had major work done there. (hydraulic lines to the slides replaced, leveling jack repairs, foggy window replacement, etc.) My buddy's fanatical when it comes to the condition of his rig, so I'm confident he'd tell me if Bornman's did him wrong.

Thanks MuckSavage. Just the kind of info I need. Will give them a call and set something up. From what your buddy had done, I am sure they can handle my problems. I tell you when I finally do find a savy group to do the things that I can not, I am going to be a happy man.

We use Pocono RV in Wind Gap, Pa, right over the border from NJ. We take our rig there for everything and have been extremely happy with their service and prices.

If you are looking for a good place to have work done in NJ I would heartedly recommend Risco's Inc in Atlantic Highlands. I recently had over $3000 worth of repair and maintenance work done. They were very fast did excellant work and left my coach in immaculate condition. They took great care with everything they did. I was very pleased.
Phone number is (732)872-7722
