Sewer smell out side only

Hi Folks.. Returned 2 weeks ago from a trip and thought I had thoroughly flushed tanks. It's 97 here in Texas. Getting a strong sewer smell outside the coach only on passenger side. Sniffed the sewer drain area, not bad at all. Checked inside and it is just faint. I did the whole fill the black tank 3 times along with lots of water through the gray tank afterwards when we dumped, and I did the Calgon and water in the black and gray tanks as we drove home... And then we drained that.. Not much wind right now and the coach is parked under an awning...And it appears to be on just the passenger side...Any ideas??? I can pull it out and flush the tanks again but I sure thought I had put enough water through them... Such a lovely subject lol..

Check your batteries. They can give off an odor very similar to a sewer.

Chase thanks for your input. The smell IS coming from The battery compartment. It is plugged in to land power. I'm going to disconnect it and check fluids!!!

Sunset4k,
You're welcome. Thank you for reporting your findings. Be very careful handling the batteries and cleaning up. Your next step is to replace the batteries and test the converter to see if it is over charging.
