Shopping- comparison

Looking to upgrade my 2020 Newmar 4081 with either the Newmar 2022 Essex 4569 or the American eagle 45K
Both have similar chassis, has anyone done a similar comparison
Looking for input

The Newmar 4569 is the floorplan we are interested in when we retire. Have looked at videos of the AC 45K since it is similar. But what we see is that the resale value seem to hold up better with Newmar over AC. We could be wrong but that is what we see currently. If you end up with one of them, please let us know what you think!

Essex is a fine coach. I just looked at the floor plan and looks like there is only one very small "ward"...ward usually meaning a closet for hanging clothes. There is a ''wardrobe with drawers'' not sure what that means. I'm not sure about all the new Eagles, but the 45k has a ward, for hanging clothes, all the way across the back....which is what my Eagle has, and is presently full.

I would insure there is enough space for hanging clothes on hangers. This sounds like a minor point, and it is until you start loading clothes and you run out of room.
