Shore power not powering up house interior

We have a 2004 Alpine Avalanche that has 110V to master circuit breakers but then no power after that. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

If you have power (checked with a meter) at the main breaker in the panel and nothing at the rest of the breakers in that panel, then the breaker is either off or bad.

I have checked all of the breakers in and out with my meter. All tested just fine receiving voltage and passing through voltage but nothing after that. When I use shore power the control panel says there is no voltage input. The inverter is working great. The generator turns on but does not produce any power either.

Then I'd look at the ATS. You are getting power, but how about the neutral and ground legs? Are they connecting? If not, you could read power but have no return. Since the generator and shore power are both an issue, look at what is common to them.

No power to anything or no power to outlets ?
Try the air conditioning.

If just outlets, look at the Inverter/charger for circuit breakers. Right on it, in the compartment.

Sometimes the breaker pops and you can’t see it popped.
Turn off the main breaker and turn it back on, it just might work.
Happened once in my 07 Ellipse. Never happened again

Checking power at the main panel with a meter may be deceptive.

Your control panel reads "No voltage indicated," but it is wired into the rv electrical system, just like the circuits that receive no power from the main panel.

I'm leaning strongly toward HarryStone's suggestion that you may have a disconnected neutral or ground at the ATS. Your meter is being grounded manually by you when you use the probes, giving the impression that everything is good. What the reading is really telling you is that the two power lines are hot, nothing more. If the neutral/ground is disconnected at the ATS, voltage will not flow to the main panel or beyond.

Again, since the problem happens with both shore power and generator, the common factor is the ATS.

When you checked for power did you check each leg feeding the power to the panel to the ground at the panel? You should have 120V + or - to each. Also did you check the load breakers individually to ground at the panel? You should have approximately the same voltage going out as coming into the panel.

If you donít have the above go to your transfer switch and check the power coming in and out of the switch on both your shore power and your generator.

I donít think this is your problem but check i to our inverter to be sure the reset breaker is not tripped.
