Shoreline 50A power cord reel

Does anyone know how to remove the commutator and brushes from a Shoreline 50A power cable reel. Only getting 110V on one of the legs suspect warn out brush.

Just do a search for shoreline in the google search box at the top right of the page. Make sure irv2 is checked.
