Shower Issue

I have water pressure everywhere but in my shower. When the water is turned on the water barely comes out of the shower head. I removed the shower handle and turned the water on again and still at the base pipe from the wall the water dribbles out of the pipe.

What would be the reason for this? I have full pressure everywhere in the coach but at that shower.

hot & cold or just on side. Must be a kink in the water line somewhere

We had the same problem in one of our past brand new TTs. It turned out there were plastic shavings in the shower head. We cleaned them out and it worked fine. One of the workmen probably wasn't careful when he/she cut the hose when installing it.

some coaches have a flow reducing washer where the hose mounts on the faucet you can remove it without any harm, I also installed a oxygenics showerhead based on forum reccomendations, has only one nozzle hole. Much better than the cheap factory one with all the holes in it

It's hot and cold, I removed the shower nozzle and water just barely dribbles from the connection.

Since the shower head has no effect, I would suspect the valve (faucet) itself is the problem. If it's a known brand it can be rebuilt. Or just replace it. In most cases a standard shower valve from Home Depot or Lowes will work.

I pulled the valve and water came through the facet valve port. That being said I knew it was either that valve as suggested or a clog somewhere from this facet control to the shower head. I then blew through the facet valve and the air flow reached the shower head.

The end result was put it back together and somehow it worked. Either something was blocking the water flow or as suggested the valve is bad and removing it then replacing it has revived it.

That is very possible, There are a few different types of valves one uses an "O-Ring" type thing instead of a washer and if the O-ring is not properly inserted/installed what you describe is exactly what happens.. Dissambley and proper Re-assembly is how you fix it.

You fixed it right.

Pull the shower faucet cartridge out and check it for scale build up or plastic shavings. Turn off the water first and depressurize the water system. The cartridge in the faucet has fairly fine passages and it does not take much to restrict it.
