Side mirrors

Does the glass in anyone side mirrors shake when driving? Can they be tightened?

Do you happen to know the mirror brand ? Remco ? Power ?

If they are power mirrors and it's the main mirror ( not the manual adjust parabolic lower section ) the problem may be play ( wear ) in the power adjust mechanism , and not adjustable.

Might want to check that the whole head is a bit loose, had that on mine and was able to tighten it up.

Same with mine. Allen wrench for the set screw(s) took care of it.

Wobbly external mirror glass

The external power mirrors on my 03 National Tradewinds have several set screws that hold the coach end of the arm, and mirror housing steady after alignment. These set screws must be backed out b4 swinging the arm or rotating the housing. The set screws are protected from elements by small screw-in plugs painted to match surroundings. Be careful removing the plugs with 90 degree turn with flat screw driver. Paint on plug exterior could crack and split off.
Before doing alignment of external mirrors, move the electric adjustments to centre position. This will provide best range of fine adjustment after external alignment

Yes I checked the set screws on the main head. They were good to go. The glass inside of the head is the issue. They are powered windows.

2014 Winnebago Forza. Velvac bus style mirrors, for reference they are heated and contain side view cameras. Mentioned that as I can't recall model number. YES, the upper glass does vibrate. It doesn't bother me as I don't concentrate my vision on them, when my vision lingers I do notice the glass vibrating slightly.

In my opinion I believe it to be normal operation. Don't stare at them, glance at them.
