skylight replacement prep

I am replacing both interior and exterior skylights on my 2002 Phaeton 40 OH as they are both cracked. I have ordered both from Tiffen and have them on hand along with new tubes of Dicor sealant. My question is, after removing the old sealant and exterior skylight, what would I use to clean/prep the rubber roof prior to putting the decor on? Thanks!
Bill

I just wipe clean with some Dicor rubber roof cleaner, rinse good with water. Be sure not to use any solvent or mineral based solutions, even the nice smelling orange cleaners. Once it is dry, the Self Leveling Dicor sealant will bond to the old and new surfaces with no problems.
Make sure the new skylights are cleaned well before taking up to the roof. I used a 70% alcohol with 30% water solution, on all surface to be bonded. Test it first and be sure to clean and dry before taking up to the roof.

Thanks for the feed back, will make sure it is good and clean!
