Slide mfg for Four Winds 2010

Slide problem on 2010 Four Winds Hurricane 33T
Now Thor

Anybody know the manufacturer of the slides for Four Winds in 2010?

My brother is watching tons of videos about my slide problem. ( First slide problem in six years.)
He thinks they must Lippert. The Lippert slides don't look like my electric slides.

An aside...taking until late September for a mobile mechanic.( Keep Camping/Ron and Kayla.) Anyone know of a mobile tech in the Southern Appalachians? (Asheville, Brevard, Hendersonville...)

Lippert ( LCI ) has bought up many other slide manufacturers in the past number of years ( Power Gear among them ), can you access the drive motor and post a picture ?

Important to clear up your other problem with 12 volt power into the RV first before going after the slide operation .

Was the RV connected to shore power when the thunderstorm hit ?

Are you in an RV park , or at a private residence ?

Any reports of electrical damage in the park or at the residence ; from a lightning strike ?

No- boondocking.
BUT, I was on shore power for a major storm and very electric. Many lightning strikes.
Everything worked after.
When I went off shore power is when everything went screwy.
I did manage to get the slides in and out at 14.4, which seems really high, and we're REALLY SLOW, but the motor sounded normal.
I am going to search for the circuit breaker and or loose wires and not mess with the slides.
Really appreciate this.
Can't get an appt. With a mobile tech until September 28!!
