Slide motor controller problems

2004 Caymen 4 slide 36 foot.My slide controller is having problems. When I try bringing in the slides usually one or two won't work. I have to wait a few min and then they come in. I wonder if there is a poor connection somewhere. Anyone know where the contact point is? I sprayed contact cleaner on the slide switches and it got better but then became a problem again. The problem isn't the same switch over and over so it must be where the contacts all come together. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to irv2.
You need a good 12V's to operate the controllers. You should try bringing them in with the engine or Gen running or shore power cord plugged in, which will supply the good 12V's needed and see if they work better.
You may need to clean all battery connection cables plus the ground cable to chassis frame.
If they do than we have weak batteries that need to be charge with stand alone battery charger.
If that doesn't help maybe need new batteries. How old are the house batteries?
If after you do all this and with a good 12V's they still are erratic the controller may have a adjustment pot to increase current flow to motor so it will operate better.
If it has a pot the adjustments are very slight turning the pot so no damage will be done to slide.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago. It turned out to be the relays on the controller board. I replaced them and the problem went away.
