Slide Out

I have a 35 ft. class A motorhome. it has two slide outs, the bigger slide out is not closing all the way, lacks about 1/2 inch to close flush. is there some adjustment that i am missing? when i bring it in with my inside button it will close all the way and when i release the button the slide moves out about 1/2 inch, the top of the slide is locked in flush just the bottom half is not closing all the way. thanks for your help.
