slide out problem

I have 1998 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. I have a 13' slide out on driver's side that includes couch and kitchen area. When RV is parked, jacks down, and RV is level side to side and front to rear; the slide out when out is 3/4 of a level bubble leaning in, not out. If I lay a level on top of slide out and adjust slide to be level, the top inside is against at top and the vertical molding behind the driver's seat is in about 2". There are three rails that support slide out.
The middle rail and front rail appear to be welded fast underneath outer edge.
The rail towards rear has a small bolt, maybe for adjustment???
The rails have a lot of holes in which leads me to believe that pin type wheel moves slide in and out???
Looking for information on adjusting slide. Help!

Welcome to iRV2

If the top flange on the slide isn't going flush to the wall , then the first thing to do ; is check that something isn't pinched between the flange and the wall .

Run the slide 1/2 way in and look for any debris that could be stopping the slide .
A friend had a pin cone stuck in the slide seal that caused his similar issue .
