slide out problems

Does anyone have issues with the power slide out on a Fleetwood Providence front won't close when fully open unless pushed from outside while holding the button at the
same time rear is stuck about a foot out won't go in or out

If you post the make, model, year, slide system type and manufacturer you will get a response from someone "in the know". You don't have enough info to go on. Best of luck
