Slide Out Topper to short??

Just a question. My full wall slide topper does not completely cover the slide itself its about 2 inches short on each side. My bedroom slide topper completely covers the slide and extends past the opening. The problem is that when it really rains water runs down the seals and drips down the side of the coach and along the top of the basement doors. No water intrudes in the the slide but I don't have this issue with the bedroom slide. Both toppers are from the factory. Is this common or was I just unlucky. My full Wall slide is close to 25 feet long. I would think coming from the factory the toppers would be uniform
Thanks in advance.

The factory got a little bit stingy on yours. Typically they are at least as long as the slide roof, but I've seen more than a few that barely reach. Owned one like that too.
