slide seals

Storing units for a month or 2- 3 ect is it best to leave slides open or closed. will be inside insulated building of course. reason i ask is for the best life of the seal thanks

Welcome to irv2.
I would leave your slides closed and let the seals do what they are for if out in the weather.
Before you close wipe the seals with 303 protection so they will not stick when opening in future.

Store mine indoors and usually have the slides out. Honestly don't think it makes a difference if stored indoors. Your choice as there are seals compressed when open and seals compressed when closed.
