First question do you interlock switches on the basement doors.
Next do you need to turn off the motor to operate slides. There are other questions that may need to be investigated to determine the cause. Are your slides electric or hydraulic. If electric do you have 12V at the motor when you hit the switch. There are so many questions that will need to be answered.
How are you in trouble shooting
Good luck

HWH only sells hydraulic jacks and slides. Check this HWH webpage for helpful information. For general information go back to the HWH FAQ page.

Your slides are electric. We had the 2001 Santana 36KS. If it is the bedroom slide that won’t go out there is an off/on switch on the side of the bed frame that will keep it from extending. Don’t ask me how I know this. I hit the switch by mistake and it took me hours of checking connections till I looked down and there was the switch. Duh! Ha! Ha!
