Slideout lock

I have a 2006 Charleston. On the kitchen slide when the slide comes in The lock will lock but when you try and slide back out the lock will not release. I have to reverse the wires on lock motors to get it released. I have changed out switch in panel, there is a switch in compartments below slide out I have the same power on all the switches open or closed checked the relays they are good. What else is there to check.

Mine came with a bar that hooks onto the slideout lock. It gives you a lot more leverage. 90% of the time I can just pull it down by hand, but sometimes I have to use the bar.

Mine are towards the top of slide out and come out on sides. They roll out and push against sides of wall. I never tried to manually pull them in with a bar.
