A good cleaning on the pivot points and underneath, followed by a good lubing of those areas, is were I would start. Check wiring, ground. If that doesn't work, I am sure someone with more coach specific info will chime in.

Assuming they're Kwikee Steps model 32's I'd start with the motor.I just sort of rebuilt my Steps today. But I have Wfco steps -- replaced back in 2001 down in Florida.
There are lost of threads on here about Kwikee Step Motors and replacements -- Easy to do! Use the search engine.
