Slim rack terrible noise. Ideas?

We have a 2021 Mirada 35es. The large wall slide started making a terrible noise. Slide still moves. Does not make the noise every time. Kind of sounds like it is coming from under the slide. There are 10 roller 3 of them donít make contact. On the ends the rollers have dented the bottom of the slide. Coachmen sent me metal roller plates but have not installed them yet. I know the obvious place to start is installing the plates and shimming the rollers that need it. But wondering if anyone has heard this sound before. Hope link works. Thanks for any help.

How do the sides of your slide feel? Nice and smooth or gritty? That could be the wiper seal chattering due to friction. Try taking a damp paper towel and wiping down the sides of the slide until the paper towel is clean

Also take a damp paper towel and run it along both sides of the side wiper seals to remove any dirt.

The slide looks like it's moving smoothly so that's very good.
