Slo Rise motorized shade issue
We have a Thor Venetian with a dual motorized Slo Rise (brand) front night plus sun shade unit. The night shade continues to function fine but the sun shade is stuck in the up position. When the dash switch is pressed to lower or raise the shade their is a clicking sound from the motor on the shade. Anyone have insight on what is going on or is the motor toast? Thanks.
