I don't understand your question. If you have leaks, why not find and repair them. Are the leaks inaccessible? If you can get to them, place small pieces of paper towels under the suspected areas and see if they get wet.

The area where the leaks are is a jumbled mess of plumbing, wiring,HVAC ducts, water pump, valves etc

I will take your suggestion to try and find the leak.Thanks. I was hoping his might be a know problem with these Axis RV's

Welcome to how they built RV's. Mine is the same way, a jumble of wires and piping. Either way you need to find the leaks and fix.

First place to look is the water pump, they usually use threaded nuts to connect to water lines, the nuts may be loose.

Whether other ACEs have that sort of leak or not, your task is the same: find the specific sources of leaks in yours and do whatever is necessary to repair them. Loose threaded couplings at the ends of a line is one common problem - threaded couplings vibrate loose as you drive. Punctures or cracks in the water lines themselves are less common but possible.

Yeah, the wiring & plumbing is often a mess in lower-priced RVs. It's one of the ways they keep the price down to create "entry level" models like the Thor Ace. And that jumbled mess without straps and ties to keep them in place makes them more vulnerable to vibration failures or rubbing against a rough edge.
