No we didnt! We were just "going to look at the floor plan"

Just fell in love with it, price was reasonable and the wife liked it.
Moral of the story is we could have looked for 2 more years, found a better deal eventually, and maybe saved a few bucks.
But then we wouldn't have been to all the places we have already been.
You never, ever get that time back!

Dave&Jenny hit it out of the park. Perfect advise. I have used those same guide lines for years.

Sigh.... welp.... I'm going to wait till I have the cash in the bank first before committing to anything. I'm hoping to pay cash for it and/or getting a loan on it as last resort. I know its not the only one they ever made of this model.

I DID call Newmar on the Vin and got some very great info, they were super helpful. What I learned would not have stopped me from buying, just feel better till I have the cash in hand. (no I will not be homeless after selling one of my houses)

Much appreciate all that have replied. I'll have more questions I'm sure!

Should be able to deal on this coach for 100-105k.

That's a very nice rig. Newmar just builds a nice solid ergonomic rig. They don't rely on fluff to sell their product. That's a good starting price too. Make an offer. All they can say is no. Can't hurt. If I was in the market I'd try to buy it.
