Southeast Financial Good or Problematic

My wife and I found a great deal on a 2016 Newmar 3401 motorhome. Since it is being sold by a private party, local banks will not lend on it. We have excellent credit, but it looks like the only place that will lend is Southeast Financial. Has anyone had major problems with them?

You might want to try a local credit union. Usually better rates than banks. My loan is through Bank of the West in Alameda, CA. Got a good rate from them in fact renegotiated the rate down lower. Good luck.

My current motor home is financed through them. Had a few minor hiccups at the start, which I believe were caused by the dealer, not the bank. Overall I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've used them. No issues at all and very friendly service.

I used them two months ago without issue. The process was closer to getting a mortgage than a vehicle loan, but the rate and terms they offered me were better than Navy Federal and my local credit union would offer. I ended up buying an extended warranty from them (service agreement), and their price beat all the others I was looking at. They are a broker, and the lender who funded my loan gave me 1/4 percent off their rate for buying the warranty.

I would use Southeast again.
