At first I posted that the closest factory authorized Spartan service center was in Charlotte, Michigan but that's their main factory service center at their corporate headquarters.

If you use their service locator (...go HERE), you can narrow down their authorized service centers. When I put in Indiana, I came up with the list that is attached below. The "MH" designation is for motorhomes.

If you don't need warranty work or something that you feel isn't necessary to use an actual "authorized" service center, there are a number of places you can have work done on a Spartan chassis. What exactly are you looking to have done?

Spartan

Your are correct, I probably don't need an authorized Spartan Service Center. Trying to get a better ride out of my 05 Kountry Star. Maybe ride height adjusted and check to see if I need an alignment done.

Oh, ok. I hear that Truck Service Inc. does good suspension work and will do alignments on semis, motorhomes, school buses, etc.

They have about four locations in the Indianapolis area but I believe the ones that specialize in suspension and alignment are:

Indianapolis Spring
3140 West Morris Street
Indianapolis, IN 46241

(317) 243-7491

and

Warner Spring
2500 Bluff Road
Indianapolis, IN 46225

(317) 788-4681

...go HERE for a list of their services. You could give them a call to see if they might be able to perform the things you want to do.

Regrettably that Spartan reference is woefully lacking accuracy.
One of those listings turns out to be in a housing tract, called a couple others and they had no idea their business was listed there or why.
Freightliner of Indianapolis works on Spartan chassis.
I unexpectedly found an excellent shop that works on MH's.
Carmichael Truck and Automotive in Bloomington IN.
I am quite pleased with their work. The only thing they will not work on is the house part of the MH; for chassis-related work they are excellent!

No one knows the chassis better than the guys that built it.
Probably not convenient for you but the Spartan Factory Service facility in Charlotte Mi does a great job.
I took my coach there after purchase in 2015 figuring they know the chassis well. I was correct and have been there 3 more times for my annual maintenance/inspection. They have been straight with me about what was or was not needed and what may need attention in the future.
If you have never had the factory look at the chassis, IMHO it is worth at least one visit for maintenance and inspection.

Best of luck in your quest for maintenance and safe travels!

Called Spartan and talked to the service manger. He told me they could tweek a few things and get us back on the road the next day if everything looks good. He told me we could stay in their lot with hook ups. Looks like this is what we are going to be doing within the next couple weeks. Has anyone stayed with them before? Trying to figure out what to expect ?

Thanks for the tips.

They have plenty of back in spots with electric hook ups all paved. No water or sewer that I am aware of. Comfortable waiting lounge while coach is being worked on.

Good luck and safe travels!
