Splendide Washer/Dryer Error Fault - F13 Fix

Old thread but still a valid problem and fix!

But some comments.

When filling half way up the window, I have to do two fills. I press and hold start to stop the first fill when it is done filling, then count to ten and press start again to add more water. Once it hits the half way mark (I use the door handle to measure my half way point) I again do the press and hold to cancel the filling.

Don't forget that when you do the second step, it will add more water! That worried me at first but it's ok. It does not add too much water at all.

I will say that it fixed my problem, and my clothes are now coming out nice and dry with no fault codes. (I have the ventless 7100xc model...)

I was surprised at how much crap was floating in the second cleaning water! It appears the first cleaning loosens up the junk, the second cleans it out, and the third gets rid of whatever is left.

we are fulltime and use our washer on a constant basis and only run the system on automatic and do not mess with the water levels.

the pump was replaced after used from 1999 to 2017 due to a seized pump.

I also now clean the filter once a month.
since this we have had no problem.

Corrected link to old thread: Splendide Washer/Dryer
(OP's link attempts to reply to this thread rather than link to it.)
