All of a sudden the Splendide Washer will not turn on. I pushed the on button and nothing happens. The stackable dryer works. Both the dryer and washer are plugged into the same outlet. The breaker for the washer was not tripped. Has anybody had this same issue and what was the solution? Thanks.

The folks at Splendide are well-known for their customer service. Give them a call and I'm sure they will be able to solve your dilemma.

I did and they said that the washer would need to be pulled out and diagnose the problem. They did not tell me what to look for.

Could be something simple like the door switch. Been there done that

Try unplugging power for a minute and plugging back in to reset it. If you haven't tried that its worth a try. Works on our whirlpool.

I tripped the 20 amp breaker for the washer/dryer circuit for about ten seconds. Washer still will not turn on.

Try to unplug for 2 minutes. The breaker for 10 seconds is not the same.

Any lights blinking????

On ours all the option lights were flashing and one of the progress LED lights was on indicating a fault code. No amount of plugging, unplugging, tripping breaker and waiting seemed to work. Finally found a service manual and fault code indicated water pressure switch jammed. Shut off RV park water, bled out water line pressure from sink, waited a few minutes and now washer works with no fault lights. Will find out if that was chance, luck or the real culprit when we we move in a week.
