I'm far from being a mechanic but it seems to me that I read about some oem bushings which wear out fast in the rear chassis spring area. It is recommended to replace them with some blue bushings which last. I think you can purchase them on ebay.

Either worn out or even fell out. It's a bit of a pain to DIY and expensive for someone else. One of those nasty jobs and sadly the metal on metal noise gets worse.

I used to use hypoid, rear axle oil ie. 80w90 on my F53. No noise, and improved ride because leafs can slide on each other. On the shackles/bushings too if they aren't worn out.

Jack the vehicle up until the wheel you want is off the ground. If the shackle bushings are good then cut up some empty bleach bottles and slide the pieces in between the spring leafs. (got this suggestion from Brett Wolfe awhile back)
Don't use grease or oil as dirt tends to stick to them.

spray in between the leafs this stuff after raising the vehicle. CRC 03084 (Net Weight: 11 oz.) 16oz Dry Moly Lubricant Aerosol Spray for about 10 bucks. it is dry afterward and won't attract dirt.
also try
WD-40® SPECIALIST® DIRT & DUST RESISTANT DRY LUBE PTFE SPRAY lubricates and provides superior long-lasting corrosion protection with no oily residue. It dries quickly and resists dirt, dust and oil. WD-40 Specialist Dirt & Dust Resistant Dry Lube PTFE Spray reduces friction and wear on blades and bits, door and window tracks, slides, conveyor belts, rollers, hinges, power tools and equipment
plastic bottle shims can also help but may wear.

How do you get penetration between the leafs?

Thanks for the ideas
I use my levelers on the RV to raise the back of the the motor home so the springs were spread out as much as they could be while I was at a car wash and cleaned the springs as much as possible. I then let the springs dry and sprayed them when they were spread apart with a produce called sea foam deep creap that I purchased at Orileys auto parts. I have driven 300 miles and no squeaks yet : thanks
