Starting Battery

I need to replace my lead acid engine starting battery. Looking for recommendations as to what your preference is for a quality battery. I have side terminal contacts on my present battery. Any advice would be appreciated.

In the USA they all come from the same 4 factories, regardless of the name on the label. Just buy a battery with the case suize/type and CCA rating your engine requires and has the lowest price for that capacity.

Just put 2 new NAPA 12v batteries in my coach. Good lookin battery and you can find a NAPA store about anywhere you travel if you have a problem.

I bought two Duracell Ultra SLI31SA Group 31 Heavy Duty Fleet Batteries for <$95 each from Batteries Plus (ordered online with a coupon found and picked up at the local store). For warranty, Batteries Plus has stores nationwide.

They are manufactured by East Penn.
