Cool steering column mechanism

I am trying to track down steering column parts for my 1995 Fleetwood Flair 32 ft diesel pusher. Specifically the part mounted externally that's connected to the shift lever above and the transmission cables below

I sent a post on 9/25 about my 32' Fleetwood Flair steering mechanism and I didn't say what chassis. It's an Oshkosh chassis. The issue is it jams up trying to put it in park. I've discovered the part that may be the problem is the mechanism mounted on the steering column. This part looks to be a cast metal with a ball joint operated by the shift lever. It may be worn out inside. If anyone knows what the part is called or can offer any advice as to finding the part I would be very thankful
