Step power 4 way plug plug

I have a 2007 American Tradition. I orderd a new motor and the control box. When i tested the 4 way from coach it had 2 red wires and a brown and yellow wires. It had no power to the big red wire. I talked to American Coach and they say it has one red, white, yellow and brown wire. The new control box has the four colors. AC say they have never seen this before. I have no power to the motor. I checked the 2 fuses and they were good. Anyone every heard of this.

Are your grounds all good so battery can flow through the control box?
Check the one coming from your door switch that lead goes to chassis frame under steps some place. That connection needs constant maintenance because of dirt and corrosion.
Be careful working under steps do not want them to operate and crush you.
