Steps won't go out on National Pacifica

I have a 2008 National Pacifica class A diesel pusher. Just drove it from Texas to California with no problems. Arrived at our final destination and the steps do not come out. Wondering if there is a switch I hit to turn them off? I've toggled the step switch by the door with no luck. They usually open when the door opens and now they won't open at all. Any ideas on what I should look for in fixing this problem? Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks!

sounds like fuse blown. or open from wire of switch. there is magnetic switch in door frame check see if you have voltage to it.

Thanks!

There was a 4-way connector that had a loose connection and we found that by using the manual and going through the troubleshooting pages in the manual! Appreciate the help!
