My 1994 Monaco Signature came from the factory with separate amps and subwoofer, but the speaker cones were torn and the head unit was lacking features by today's standards. Not surprising after 20 years.

I replaced the driver in the sub, replaced the 5" speakers with 5" component speakers with crossovers and separate tweeters, and upgraded the Amps from 20W to 100W per channel. I also upgraded the head unit to a Kenwood.

The sub driver and the speakers came from Parts Express. The head unit came from an Internet seller. The amps were leftovers from one of my son's car audio systems.

The system really sounds great. Crystal clear, and it will crank up very loud. We often open the windows and sit outside and it sounds great. It is one of my favorite upgrades.

Of course, movie night wouldn't be the same without it. I installed a Marantz 5.1 home theater receiver with a sub. I'm using the existing speakers that are in the ceiling. They are a midrange with a built in tweeter. Great sound now.

I tore out the old Panasonic CD player( the one with the crank on the side) and installed a Pioneer VSX1124. I used the existing speakers in the coach and added a car stereo amp for the subwoofer. I have surround sound as well as Pandora, Internet Radio, Chromecast and much more. Welcome to the 21st century.

As an old sound man who has done r&r throughout the 80's and 90's, I go camping to get away from sounds. I could setup an awesome system from the stuff in the garage but I don't want to annoy similarity minded folks.

Just finished installing a new Stereo Radio/CD unit in my MH, using current 4x ceiling speakers.

Pioneer DEH-X7800BHS CD Receiver with Bluetooth, HD Radio and SiriusXM Ready. Ebay $112, free shipping.

Bluetooth for Smartphone calling and Audio streaming. Plays Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music (any music channels on Smartphone). Front USB and AUX ports to plug-in audio players like Ipod or tablets. Now to connect LED TV using Bluetooth to the house speakers.

The HD digital FM Stations sound great. If your are looking to upgrade, this is a nice unit!

Taking my Yamaha HTSS, Sony Blueray out of the S&B along with the Bose surround sound. That's one thing that's not being sold. Won't be able to use it much in a CG, but don't park near me in the boonies. All bets are off
Well, unless you want to share in my musical tastes.
