I would put some 2X12's under the jacks. Jack the coach up. Put 2X12's under the wheels. Drive to the end of the board. Move the back board to the front, etc. Just like they move trains when there no tracks. You are correct in worrying about tow operators. At our lot, about 25% of the time the motorhomes were damaged when being towed. It will cost less than a hundred dollars for the lumber and you will still have the lumber for another project. Plus not worrying about damaging the coach.
