Keep in mind the transition from the street. I cannot back my MH onto my pad due to the hitch impacting the pad. Pulling in forward is no problem.

My pad is 20'x55' with a metal garage 17'6" at it's peak. I poured 4k to 5k psi on a clay base 8" thick with fiber and steel. Expansion joints cut every 15' and "slicked" for easy work under coach. As I read this thread it made me think about the psi issue and I'd rely on the concrete experts here to help me understand. My coach is about 40k pounds with 8 tires on the ground. I measured the foot print for each tire and came up with about 90 square inches per tire or about 720 square inches total for the coach. That gives me about 55 psi for the coach. Why is 4-5k psi the "holy grail" for concrete pads?

I will have a slope up to the spot and need to back in else my door will be into trees and a steep bank ... what kind of slope can a dutch star 4326 back up without hitting the hitch?

it can be calculated, but my math is to old to do it. Your contractor should be able to do it.

We had a long and interesting thread on driveway angles here:
