Best place we have found to spend summer is Sequim. Small community but all major stores. NW of Seattle but totally different weather. Maybe 12" on rain annually. Very rare HOT day here in low to mid 80's. Almost every morning we turn on the fireplace to warm things up. Fourth summer here for us.
Too many of us "Summer Residence" already here in Sequim, try Alaska, a lot more room there.
