Switch on operator panel 1999 Beaver Contessa

I'm trying to find out what the switch is on my operator console that has a block on it with quiggly line through it? It's a 1999 Beaver Contessa Naples. It has the Pac switch, cruise on/off and cruise set switch all in the same area. Thank you if anyone has an idea of what it could be.

A block.. Means it's not supposed to be turned on unless needed, this kind of eliminates the outside mirrors.

Option 1: Block heater, Option 2: Fast idle

It's not the fast idle, because that is set with the cruise. My thought was block heater, but I haven't had the opportunity to verify that. Hoping somebody might know for sure.

Thanks for replying.

The owners guide for my 1999 Beaver Patriot Thunder shows a photo of the side panel with that switch clearly labeled mirror heaters.
