System Monitor Problems

Took our 2001 GB Cruise Master 37-1/2 DP to Davis Mountains last week. Discoverfed that system monitor located on vent-a-hood is not working. The generator switch and hour meter work and also the water pump switch works. I suspect these work because there are other alternate switchs to start both of these. The level monitors, hood exhaust, vent light and water heater switch do not work. Therefore the water heater will not come on. I checked the fuse and it was good. There is no brand on the monitor but it looks similar to a Ventline L92285. See attached photo. It appears that power ( I assume 12V) is not getting to the switches. Has anyone experienced this same problem or have any ideas on a fix.

Thanks,
WM

Check the main electrical connection in the range junction box first. It may have come loose and this repair may correct all issues at once. If the main connection is good then access the monitor panel wiring by lifting the end, (I want to say the left) very slightly and sliding the whole black panel to the right to release it from the hood. once you have it loose, pull it out enough to access the wiring for troubleshooting. These systems are 12 vdc and I suspect you are correct in that there is no power getting to them; at either the main connection or behind the panel.
