I have headlights but no tail lights, backup, or license plate lights. I figure the first place to troubleshoot is blown fuse...BUT, I can't locate a fuse box in the 1986 Beaver Marquis (36' with 8.2 Liter Detroit Diesel). Where are they?!?!

Check under the dash, in some, the drivers console lifts up. Another place for chassis fuses is under the cowl in the front, then there are some with fuses in the battery control center, near the batteries.

I've looked under the dash and under the 'hood'...didn't see any fuses. Under the hood there is a collection of electrical connections though, with a schematic or at least labels...not helpful though.
